1. The service
TenMost lets people create Top 10 rankings, suggest entries and vote. The service is in beta and may change, be interrupted or lose features without notice.
Terms of use
By using TenMost you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the community rules and the privacy policy.
2. Who can use TenMost
You may browse without an account. To vote, suggest or report you need an account and must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age for consenting to online services in your country, if higher).
3. Your account
Keep your login details safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens with it. One person may have only one account.
4. Content you submit
You may only submit content you are allowed to share. Descriptions must be written by you. Images cannot be uploaded. By submitting content you allow TenMost to show, translate and adapt it on the service. We may edit, hide or remove any content.
5. Rules of conduct
You must follow the community rules. We may restrict or close accounts that break them, as described there.
6. Rankings are opinions
Rankings show the votes of TenMost users. They are opinions, not facts, professional advice or endorsements. We do our best to keep them honest but cannot guarantee that they are complete or accurate.
7. Advertising
TenMost is funded by advertising. Ads are labelled and never influence rankings. Personalised ads are only shown with your consent.
8. Liability
TenMost is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content created by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use TenMost after a change means you accept the new terms.
